Healthworks operates a designated SAFE KIDS Coalition.  The SAFE KIDS Coalition is an international organization headquartered in Washington, DC, that seeks to reduce unintentional childhood injuries. SAFE KIDS offers safety programs in White, Cleburne and Woodruff counties. This Coalition is one of three in the state. 

Car seat safety is a major focus of the SAFE KIDS Coalition. Certified car seat safety technicians sponsor car seat check-up events to insure children are traveling safely. The local coalition also focuses on water safety, ATV safety, bicycle safety, and fire safety. 

SAFE KIDS works closely with area schools to make safety presentations to students, school staff, and parents.
